SF-130  is a low temperature solidified silver paste designed for membrance switches.

 It through making silver, choosing high molecular polymer resin, solvent and additive, modification research, solved therelation between high adhesion of film and heat-drying, and the problem between homogenization of thin-layer and change of film shape. 

This product has features of low heat-drying temperature(130°C), short-drying time(20~30min), low resistivity, good adhesion, superior abrasion resistance and creasability.

Notice of Usage And Storage

1. Precautions: This product contains organic solvent. Harmful if swallowed inhaled, or absorbed through skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Use with adequate ventilation. Avoid breathing vapor.(See ETEB material safety data sheet for current safety and first aid instructions.)

2. This product is supplied ready for use and hence does not require dilution, although it can be thinned with less than 2% if preferred, too much thinner will affect directly performance of paste.

3. The thickness of printing line should over 3µm, or result in paste instability.

4. Store at 4~25°C shelf life for this product is 6 months from date of qualification under original seal. Keep from freezing.
